Welcome to the SMFFL! If you're reading this, we want to thank you for your continued support and time to grow our league and learn more about us.
SMFFL is a league designed for all skill levels to have the opportunity of participating. Whether its your first time playing flag football or if you're a more experienced skill-player, we are a league for everyone. We started our first season with lack of equipment, no jerseys, or an organized park. We had moments where the lights got turned off on us in an important play of the game, and other moments of adversity. However, through each minor set back, this league grew stronger. In October of 2023 our inaugural season began, and through several weeks, finished in January. The changes that have come in this league, from Season 1 to Season 2 are like night and day.

Greetings to all! I'm Christian Belsaguy, the founder and commissioner of the SMFFL. The expansion of our organization fills me with joy, and this is merely the beginning for us. Our success today would not have been possible without the enduring support and loyalty we have received from many exceptional individuals since the commencement of this organization. We had naysayers who doubted our survival beyond season one, yet I'm immensely grateful for every participant who believed in our journey and witnessed the evolution of our league. A heartfelt thanks goes out to those who committed to stick with us to witness its future progress. I see football to be more than just a game, and SMFFL as more than just an organization—we are a community, and a promising future awaits us.
